What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How do I make changes to my order?
Call us at 1-312-772-6536. Changes received prior to 12 pm EST can often be accommodated if your order has not been processed and shipped.
How will I know that ZUG received my order?
All orders are confirmed by email within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
Prompt exchange or refund will be made when items are returned to us unused and in sellable condition. All exchanges, refunds, losses and shortages must be reported within ten days of receipt of shipment.

Is the store secure?
Yes, the store is secure. We use a secure checkout process to process private information using a GoDaddy SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https:// is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
Will my email address be used for spam?

SHIPPING
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed Mon-Fri will ship within 24 hours (excluding holidays).
What are my shipping options for US delivery?
- Standard Delivery (US): Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail typically arrive in 2-5 business days.
- Expedited Delivery (US): Orders shipped via Express delivery (FedEx or USPS) will arrive on the next business day, if order is placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12 pm EST.
- Shipping Methods (US): For most US orders, you can choose between having your items shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail or FedEx Next Day Delivery.
What are my shipping options for International delivery?
- Standard Delivery (International): Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number. Delivery estimates vary, depending on package destination.
- Expedited Delivery (International): Orders will be shipped via Express delivery (USPS). Delivery estimates change, depending on package destination.
- Shipping Methods (International): For most International orders, you can choose between having your items shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. Please note that your package may incur delays as it goes through customs, and customs officials may choose to charge you additional fees for the privilege. Unfortunately, we have no means to estimate or control anything related to the customs process.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes, using USPS Priority or USPS Express delivery.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address may take longer to be delivered. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.
- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
- The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"
- You must enter your Zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
